The congregation of Bridgewater United Church will be celebrating the Life and Faith of Gladys Mary Veinot and her son, Hazen Malcolm Veinot on Wednesday, May 8th at 2:00pm at Bridgewater United Church. A reception will follow in the C.E. Centre (Gym).

Gladys Mary Veinot passed away on December 22, 2022 at the wonderful age of 101. Gladys was a long-time member of Bridgewater United Church and a founding member of the UCW. Her son, Hazen Malcolm Veinot, also a long-time member of Bridgewater United Church, passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 84.

We will come together in celebration of this mother and son, who loved each other so dearly, and were so kind and loving to all who knew them. We extend our thoughts and prayers with their friends and family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. A memorial service for Malcolm and his mother, Gladys Veinot, will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, May 8th at Bridgewater United Church, Reverend Neil McEwen officiating. A reception will be held in the C.E. Centre (Gym) following the service. Interment in Brookside Cemetery will take place after the reception.
