All Ministers, Members, and Adherents in the United Church are engaged “in ministry together” and congregational care is a shared endeavour amongst all members of the B-United Community. It includes spiritual nurturing and growth, as well as pastoral care, connection and support in times of crisis.
The Pastoral Care Ministry supports B-United’s Mission, Vision and Values to be a vibrant Christian community ministering to each other in love and offering hope. It serves as a coordinating and educating body to enable and empower members of the congregation to provide care for one another and encourage the engagement of all members of the congregation. The Ministry provides education, support and structure for those in the B-United community providing care to the congregation.
